Restaurant Manager vacancy in Doha QatarJob Title: Restaurant ManagerOur restaurant in Doha is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500, suitable for English-speaking individuals who are Indian nationals or have relevant experience in the region.As the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Managing and supervising all staff members, including servers, chefs, and support staff.Creating schedules and delegating tasks to ensure efficient operations.Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality standards are met.Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotions and attract new customers.Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing training programs for staff development.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
