Restaurant Manager All-Day Dining In-Room Dining

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our AllDay Dining and InRoom Dining operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient service and seamless coordination between frontofhouse and backofhouse teams.Manage daily operations of the AllDay Dining and InRoom Dining services.Maintain high standards of food quality, service and hygiene.Lead, train and motivate the restaurant and room service teams.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.Monitor budgets, control costs and maximize revenue opportunities.Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.Handle guest inquiries, feedback and service recovery professionally.Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and service efficiency.Qualifications :Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards and industry trends.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent customer service and team management abilities.Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.Remote Work :NoEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
