The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including financial management, staff management, customer service, menu planning and food safety and sanitation.The Restaurant Manager will be required to have strong leadership skills and a professional attitude. They must be able to make decisions quickly and develop strategies to improve customer relations. The ideal candidate must also have excellent organizational skills and be able to delegate tasks effectively.Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the restaurant industry in a managerial role. A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is desired but not required. The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential as the Restaurant Manager will need to interact with both customers and staff on a daily basis.The successful applicant should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and be able to deal with difficult situations when they arise.
