The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, financial administration, and customer service.The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills as well as excellent interpersonal communication skills. The Restaurant Manager will maintain high standards of customer service according to established company policies and procedures. They will also be expected to train new staff members, create staff schedules, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, develop marketing plans, set goals for the restaurant in terms of sales and profits, and oversee inventory control.Successful candidates should also have experience in budgeting and forecasting.
