The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the restaurant industry and managing restaurants, as well as a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.The duties of the Restaurant Manager include ensuring that the restaurant runs efficiently and profitably by overseeing all operations, including training staff, ordering supplies, managing budgets, overseeing food preparation and service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining high standards of quality control. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations are met and that staff adhere to company policies. This includes recruiting and training new employees, setting goals for staff, monitoring performance reviews and providing guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate should be organized with excellent problem-solving skills, an ability to handle multiple tasks at once and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. They should also have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff to perform their best.We offer a competitive salary package of 1700 AED per month for this position along with attractive benefits such as health insurance coverage and meal allowance for weekends.
