You will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating with the kitchen and wait staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage reservations using our online system. Comfortable with using CRM system.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operation.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.Answering phone calls according to company standard procedures.</li><li>Relaying information regarding allergies and other guest requests to the service staff.</li><li>Showing the guest to the table and introducing the concept.</li><li>Accommodating special seating requests whenever possible.</li><li>Being knowledgeable about all the menu items, ingredients and recommendations.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.</li><li>Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Good organizational skills and attention to details.</li><li>Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems.</li><li>Based or willing to relocate to Al Ain.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>A supportive and friendly team.</li><li>Career growth opportunities.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
