Restaurant General Manager – The Beach HouseThe Beach House a premier dining destination in Dubai United Arab Emirates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. As the Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beachfront establishment ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maximizing profitability and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house managementDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue, control costs and improve overall performanceManage and mentor a diverse team of staff fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growthEnsure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes and UAE labor lawsCreate and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and industry partnersAnalyze financial reports, manage budgets and make data-driven decisions to optimize restaurant performanceCollaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and pricing strategiesHandle customer feedback and resolve any issues to maintain the restaurant's reputation for excellenceImplement and maintain quality control standards for food, beverage and serviceStay current with industry trends and implement best practices to keep the restaurant competitiveQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in high-end or beachfront dining establishmentsProven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and driving financial performanceStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in restaurant management software and financial management toolsExperience in menu planning, pricing strategies and inventory controlStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesFood Safety CertificationKnowledge of UAE food safety regulations and labor lawsFamiliarity with Middle Eastern and international cuisinesAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidaysFluency in English; knowledge of other languages (Russian or German) is a plusWork LocationRemote Work: NoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
