As the Beach-Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beach operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.Manage and coordinate all beach-related activities, including water sports, beach equipment rentals, and special eventsDevelop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenueLead, train, and motivate a team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer serviceEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulationsOversee inventory management of beach equipment and suppliesCollaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiencesManage budgets and financial performance of beach operationsHandle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionallyDevelop and maintain emergency response plans for beach-related incidentsStay updated on industry trends and implement innovative beach programs and servicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management, with specific experience in beach operations managementProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse teamStrong customer service orientation with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiencesExcellent operational planning and execution skillsProficiency in budgeting and financial managementIn-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beach and water activitiesExperience in inventory management and equipment maintenanceStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in relevant computer software and property management systemsFirst Aid and CPR certificationKnowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends in beach resort operationsFamiliarity with local tourism regulations and standards in QatarUnderstanding of local culture and customs is highly desirableAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysAdditional Informationwe need 10+ experienced candidates#J-18808-Ljbffr
