Company DescriptionAldibel L.L.C is dedicated to , ensuring top-notch services and products that cater to the unique needs of our clientele.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort-Assistant General Manager to join our luxury resort in Doha, Qatar. As the second-in-command, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving business growth.Assist the General Manager in overall resort management and strategic planningOversee daily operations of all departments, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service deliveryManage and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of excellence and teamworkMonitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlImplement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in service qualityHandle guest complaints and resolve complex issues promptly and professionallyCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement revenue-generating strategiesEnsure compliance with local regulations and industry standardsAct as the General Manager in their absence, making critical decisions as neededStay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance guest experienceParticipate in community relations and represent the resort at local events and industry functionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 2-3years of experience in hotel/resort management, with previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar leadership roleProven track record of successful operational management and financial performanceStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suiteIn-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenanceUnderstanding of local hospitality industry trends and regulations in QatarStrong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusAdvanced degree or professional certifications in hospitality management (preferred)Additional InformationFemale Only 3 + experienced candidates#J-18808-Ljbffr
