With a Western‑style service ethos, Altura supports clients in navigating Abu Dhabi's property market with confidence and discretion.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a driven and experiencedResidential Sales Managerto lead, develop, and grow a high-performing residential real estate team in Abu Dhabi.This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in residential sales and leasing. You will be responsible for guiding team performance, recruiting and training associates, maintaining operational standards, and helping drive overall business growth. The role in your document includes leading a team of 15, overseeing training, supporting AML compliance, improving CRM usage, reporting on pipeline activity, and working closely with marketing and developers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, recruit, and develop a team of 15 associatesAchieve team and individual sales and leasing targetsProvide daily guidance, coaching, and operational supportDeliver weekly training sessions on sales, product knowledge, and industry proceduresEnsure all team members uphold company values, ethics, and professional standardsOversee AML compliance across the teamDrive effective CRM adoption to improve productivity and client managementPrepare weekly pipeline reports and participate in senior management meetingsSupport listing acquisition and lead generation initiativesWork closely with marketing to strengthen campaigns, digital content, and social media performanceBuild relationships with developers through meetings and training sessionsReport directly to company directors on team performance and market insightsWhat We’re Looking ForProven leadership experience in real estateStrong background in residential sales and leasingSolid knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property marketAbility to recruit, mentor, and develop agentsStrong communication, reporting, and organizational skillsHigh standards of professionalism, ethics, and complianceCompensation & BenefitsMonday to Friday, 10am–5pmCompetitive starting salarySalary tier increases based on sustained team revenue performance over three consecutive months5% override on monthly team revenue50% commission on own dealsSIM card, laptop, health insurance, and visa provided#J-18808-Ljbffr
