Resident Relations Specialist

Satel is looking for a sharp, reliable, and people-focused Resident Relations Specialist (RR) to join our Operations team.This role is not about responding to messages—it’s about owning the resident experience end-to-end. If you understand what real service means, can think clearly under pressure, and know how to earn residents’ trust (especially expats), this role is for you.The Resident Relations Specialist sits at the heart of the resident journey in SATEL: from the first inquiry, to move-in, daily living support, and all the way through move-out.Key ResponsibilitiesResident Experience & CommunicationManage all resident communication professionally.Handle inquiries, complaints, and daily requests with accuracy, empathy, and urgency.Build long-term trust with residents through consistent follow-up and clear communication.Act as the primary point of contact for resident-related matters.Operations & CoordinationCoordinate directly with maintenance, cleaning, leasing, and compounds teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution.Schedule, track, and follow up on work orders until full closure.Conduct site visits to compounds and residential properties when required.Ensure residents’ issues are resolved within agreed timelines and quality standards.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily and weekly reports covering requests, cases, property readiness, and resident satisfaction.Document all communications, updates, and actions accurately in internal systems.Monitor property conditions and proactively escalate risks or recurring issues.Leasing & Onboarding SupportSupport the leasing team during pre-move-in and post-move-out stages.Guide residents through onboarding, unit handover, and contract awareness.Ensure smooth coordination between residents and internal teams during transitions.Who We’re Looking ForSomeone who is:Detail-driven – notices what others miss.Fast and organized – handles volume without losing quality.Emotionally intelligent – understands people, not just messages.Accountable – owns tasks end-to-end, not just replies.Proactive – doesn’t wait for instructions, actively looks for solutions.Comfortable dealing with expat residents and diverse cultures.RequirementsStrong English communication skills (spoken & written) – mandatory.Experience in residential compounds, serviced apartments, hotels, or property management is a strong plus.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Strong follow-up skills and a professional communication style.Familiarity with maintenance workflows and resident-facing operations is preferred.Nice to HaveExperience using CRM or property management systems.Exposure to customer service for high-end or premium clients.Basic understanding of leasing, contracting, or facility management.Why SATEL?You’ll be joining a fast-growing operator managing premium residential communities in Riyadh.This is not a call-center role—it’s a core operational position with real impact, visibility, and responsibility in shaping the resident experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
