JASARA PMC is actively inviting Expressions of Interest for the position of Resident Engineer (Systems) – Rail. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the systems aspect of rail construction projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in rail systems engineering and project management, enabling them to contribute effectively to significant infrastructure developments in Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee rail systems installation and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelinesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate the integration of rail systems with civil and electrical componentsConduct regular inspections, assessments, and testing of rail systems to ensure operational safety and compliance with relevant standardsReview project documentation, including designs, plans, and specifications, addressing any issues or discrepancies identifiedEngage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate project delivery and resolve technical challengesPrepare comprehensive reports on project progress, performance, and any issues that may ariseImplement best practices in project management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and risk managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 15 years of experience in rail systems engineering or related fields, with a track record of successful project managementStrong knowledge of rail systems, signaling, and safety protocolsProven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholdersExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing project environmentsFamiliarity with project management software and toolsProfessional certifications related to rail systems engineering are a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organizationBe part of a collaborative and supportive team#J-18808-Ljbffr
