Resident Engineer Sewerage Rehabilitation

We are looking for experienced Resident Engineer - Sewerage for Abu Dhabi location.Job SummaryThe Resident Engineer will oversee and manage sewerage rehabilitation projects ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards and regulatory approvals. The role requires extensive civil engineering experience particularly in sewerage or wastewater infrastructure projects and close coordination with regulatory authorities including TAQA.Key Responsibilitiesh3>Supervise and manage all aspects of sewerage rehabilitation projects on-site.Ensure that construction activities comply with project specifications, design documents and safety standards.Monitor project progress, track timelines and ensure completion within budget and schedule.Coordinate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth project execution.Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks and risk assessments.Prepare and submit progress reports, technical documentation and as-built drawings.Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory approvals including TAQA requirements.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience with proven involvement in sewerage rehabilitation projects.Strong knowledge of construction management, quality control and civil engineering principles.Familiarity with local regulations and approval processes particularly TAQA approvals.Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead on-site teams and ensure project objectives are met efficiently.Certifications/ApprovalsApproval from TAQA is mandatory.Work LocationAbu Dhabi, UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
