For more information, visit www.sdvce.com.Role DescriptionOversee the overall performance of consultancy supervision services across assigned projects.Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Provide leadership in project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools like MS Project or Primavera.Conduct regular progress meetings with engineers, contractors, and clients, ensuring alignment on project goals.Maintain effective document control and general administrative processes.Manage risk and issue logs, and drive resolution processes.Act as the primary interface with external stakeholders, including end-users, asset owners, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and government authorities.Assist in the evaluation of contractor change requests, claims, and contractual issues.Lead critical discussions and negotiations to resolve project challenges effectively.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.At least 15 years of experience in project supervision and execution, with a minimum of 10 years in a Resident Engineer or Project Manager role, overseeing at least 2 construction projects in the UAE.Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).PMP and PQP certifications are advantageous.Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Thorough understanding of Abu Dhabi regulations, authorities’ requirements, and local construction standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
