For more information, visit www.sdvce.com.</p><h3>Role Description</h3><ul><li>Oversee the overall performance of consultancy supervision services across assigned projects.</li><li>Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</li><li>Provide leadership in project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools like MS Project or Primavera.</li><li>Conduct regular progress meetings with engineers, contractors, and clients, ensuring alignment on project goals.</li><li>Maintain effective document control and general administrative processes.</li><li>Manage risk and issue logs, and drive resolution processes.</li><li>Act as the primary interface with external stakeholders, including end-users, asset owners, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and government authorities.</li><li>Assist in the evaluation of contractor change requests, claims, and contractual issues.</li><li>Lead critical discussions and negotiations to resolve project challenges effectively.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.</li><li>At least 15 years of experience in project supervision and execution, with a minimum of 10 years in a Resident Engineer or Project Manager role, overseeing at least 2 construction projects in the UAE.</li><li>Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).</li><li>PMP and PQP certifications are advantageous.</li><li>Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.</li><li>Thorough understanding of Abu Dhabi regulations, authorities’ requirements, and local construction standards.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
