We offer intelligent Machine Learning and AI driven traffic management software capabilities for UAS Traffic Management (UTM) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance OversightSupervise ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance across civil, mechanical, electrical, and IT systemsMonitor system uptime and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime of mission-critical systems (e.g., UTM, HVAC, networking).Maintain records of asset performance and support O&M documentation during handover and post-installation.Provide technical support for infrastructure, including consoles, power systems, and BMS.Quality Assurance and ControlReview and enforce QA/QC procedures during installation of civil, MEP, and IT infrastructure.Perform site inspections to verify workmanship, material compliance, and installation accuracy.Oversee the integration and commissioning of hardware and software components within the MOR and ERR.Document and manage non-conformance issues and corrective actionsCoordination and ComplianceServe as the on-site technical liaison between ANRA, subcontractors, and DAEP/DANS teams.Coordinate with all third-party vendors for installation, testing, and final acceptance of deployed systems.Ensure all activities comply with DAEP, ICAO, DANS, and Dubai Municipality standards, including HSSE guidelines.Support regular project reviews, inspections, and handovers.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance and QA/QC roles in the UAE.Strong familiarity with aviation systems, ATC infrastructure, and mission-critical environments.Knowledge of UAE regulatory codes, ICAO standards, and DAEP/DANS requirements.Hands-on experience with structured cabling, power distribution, HVAC, and commissioning.Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and maintenance tracking tools (e.g., CMMS).Preferred AttributesExperience supporting the maintenance of airport control centers, ATM systems, or digital command-and-control infrastructureUnderstanding of software system lifecycle support and IT service management (ITSM) is a plusArabic language proficiency is an advantageProficiency with DAEP/DWC site access protocols and safety enforcement standards.Certification in QA/QC, HSSE, or maintenance management (e.g., NFPA, IOSH, ISO 41001) desirable.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and full benefits in accordance with UAE labor lawThe opportunity to support operations for one of the region’s most innovative aviation systems projectsDirect exposure to regulatory and technical leadership at DAEP and DANSPotential to transition into long-term O&M support or other regional project roles#J-18808-Ljbffr
