Resident Engineer - Civil

<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced<b>Resident Engineer (Civil)</b>to join a supervision consultancy team for a large-scale infrastructure development project located approximately<b>100 km north of Jeddah</b>. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, design standards, and quality requirements.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage the site supervision team and act as the primary point of contact between the consultant, contractor, and client.</li><li>Oversee construction activities related to road networks and associated infrastructure works.</li><li>Supervise installation and construction of potable water networks and firefighting systems.</li><li>Monitor works related to gas distribution networks.</li><li>Supervise construction of stormwater drainage and sanitary sewage systems.</li><li>Oversee power distribution works (MV&LV) including associated infrastructure.</li><li>Supervise installation of street lighting and telecom infrastructure.</li><li>Monitor works related to irrigation systems and landscaping.</li><li>Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Review contractor submissions, method statements, and shop drawings.</li><li>Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare and review site reports, progress reports, and technical documentation.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Extensive experience in infrastructure supervision projects.</li><li>Proven experience in supervising roadworks and multi-utility infrastructure including water, sewage, stormwater, gas, power, telecom, irrigation, and landscape works.</li><li>Prior experience working with engineering consultancy firms in a supervision capacity is mandatory.</li><li>Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting abilities.</li></ul><p>Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.</p><p>Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
