Resident Engineer - Civil

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer (Civil) to join a supervision consultancy team for a large-scale infrastructure development project located approximately 100 km north of Jeddah. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, design standards, and quality requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the site supervision team and act as the primary point of contact between the consultant, contractor, and client.Oversee construction activities related to road networks and associated infrastructure works.Supervise installation and construction of potable water networks and firefighting systems.Monitor works related to gas distribution networks.Supervise construction of stormwater drainage and sanitary sewage systems.Oversee power distribution works (MV & LV) including associated infrastructure.Supervise installation of street lighting and telecom infrastructure.Monitor works related to irrigation systems and landscaping.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Review contractor submissions, method statements, and shop drawings.Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards.Prepare and review site reports, progress reports, and technical documentation.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Extensive experience in infrastructure supervision projects.Proven experience in supervising roadworks and multi-utility infrastructure including water, sewage, stormwater, gas, power, telecom, irrigation, and landscape works.Prior experience working with engineering consultancy firms in a supervision capacity is mandatory.Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and reporting abilities.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
