We're seeking a standout professional to join a prestigious design and construction studio with a reputation for delivering exceptional schemes.About the RoleAs Resident Engineer, you will be the eyes and ears on site, ensuring construction is delivered to the highest specifications, on program, and in line with contractual obligations. You’ll work closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to drive site excellence from start to finish.What You’ll Be DoingSupervising day-to-day construction activities on site to ensure quality and specification complianceReviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittalsLiaising with the main contractor, sub‑contractors, and design teamMonitoring project progress against program and flagging any deviationsPreparing and reviewing site inspection reports and daily recordsSupporting on snagging, defect management, and handover activitiesRequirementsMasters in Architecture15+ years of site supervision/resident engineering experience in the UAE or GCCStrong knowledge of local construction standards and building regulationsProficiency in AutoCAD; experience with project management tools is advantageousExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDegree qualified in Engineering, Architecture or a related fieldProactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing on-site challengesSalary: AED 30-35,000 per monthFull-time, permanent position based in DubaiWork on high-profile projects with a highly regarded design practiceA collaborative, high-achieving team environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
