In this key role, you will oversee the reservations department, ensuring optimal revenue generation and exceptional guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the reservations team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goalsOversee daily reservations operations, implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and occupancyMonitor and analyze reservation trends, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performanceEnsure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and proceduresCollaborate with revenue management, sales, and front office teams to align reservation strategies with overall business objectivesHandle complex reservation inquiries and resolve escalated customer issuesGenerate and analyze reports on reservations performance, providing insights to managementStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and standardsQualifications3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations, with a proven track record in a supervisory roleProficiency in reservation management systems and global distribution systems (GDS)Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent customer service skills and a customer‑centric approachDemonstrated experience in revenue managementAdvanced problem‑solving and decision‑making abilitiesExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsProficient in time management and prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced environmentBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredIn‑depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trendsFluency in Arabic and EnglishFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and cultural normsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as requiredAbout RafflesBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
