Job Description You will be responsible for carrying out the formulation development of personal care products for the domestic market and any other projects assigned by the management. This includes: - Conducting literature search for assigned projects - Performing market benchmark analysis - Conducting prototype stress study and stability study Your key responsibilities will include: - Compiling analytical data regularly - Updating project presentations - Maintaining proper records of LNB and project files as per requirement - Keeping track of raw materials and related documentation - Supporting manufacturing of scale-up and commercial batches of products as needed - Preparing and reviewing various documents like BOM, MFC, and other technology transfer documents - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects and related activities to ensure meeting timelines To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Prior experience in formulation development of personal care products is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to follow SOPs and guidelines for equipment use and document preparation If you are passionate about developing personal care products and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role may be a great fit for you.
