Job Description As an Offroll Associate (Randstad Payroll) in Pune, your primary responsibilities will include: - Processing financial information from company annual reports - Analyzing and classifying financial information - Working on ad hoc tasks using Excel and databases for financial and non-financial data related to corporates, business entities, and industry performance. Your role will require the following qualifications and skills: - MBA in Finance - 1 year of experience or MBA Fresher - Thorough understanding of basic accounting and finalization of accounts from trial balance - Familiarity with financial reporting practices of Indian entities and accounting standards - Knowledge of revised schedule VI requirements and IndAS for financial reporting - Proficiency in MS Excel/ spreadsheets - Proficiency in English - Strong number crunching skills - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals.
