Research Development Laboratory Technician

Al Rabie is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Lab Technician to join our Research & Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with an engineering background—preferably in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering—who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in product development and laboratory operations within the food and beverage industry.ResponsibilitiesOperate laboratory and pilot‑plant equipment daily in accordance with safety standards and SOPs.Conduct routine calibration, verification, and basic maintenance of lab equipment.Prepare product batches, trial samples, and formulations based on instructions from the Product Development team.Follow precise recipes and procedures to support product development activities.Assist in conducting experiments, collecting data, and preparing trial documentation.Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized laboratory environment.Handle moderate lifting of ingredients, materials, and equipment.Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished samples.Support cross‑functional coordination with Quality, Production, and Procurement teams when required.Education, Certification, QualificationBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.Strong technical ability and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.Basic understanding of lab safety, laboratory practices, and measurement techniques.Ability to follow instructions with high accuracy and attention to detail.Comfortable performing physical tasks and operating machinery.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).What We OfferHands‑on training with advanced laboratory and pilot‑scale equipment.Direct exposure to product development activities in a leading FMCG company.Opportunities for growth, learning, and career advancement within Al Rabie.Supportive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
