We are seeking a detail oriented Requirements / Configuration Engineer to support requirements management and configuration control activities on a complex large scale infrastructure programme.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in requirements management and or configuration control within design and or construction projectsFamiliarity with requirements traceability change control processes and document management systemsStrong analytical and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teamsExperience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirableMiddle East particularly UAE experience is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesManage requirements capture analysis tracking and verification activitiesMaintain configuration control of project documentation baselines and changesSupport requirements traceability across design procurement and delivery phasesCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical requirementsMonitor and report on requirement compliance and configuration statusAssist in managing change requests and impact assessments across the programmeQualificationsDegree in Engineering Systems Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experienceAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
