Requirements Lead – CRM / Portal (Salesforce)Role SummaryThe Requirements Lead will translate redesigned business processes into build-ready CRM and portal requirements, supporting a Salesforce-based implementation within a government entity. The Req Lead will lead requirements workshops, produce BRDs, and define workflow, routing, SLA, and reporting requirements to support implementation readiness.This is a hybrid role based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a structured on‑site presence during the initial phase and reduced on‑ requirements thereafter. The consulting firms Middle Eastern HQ is on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate redesigned processes into build-ready Salesforce CRM and portal requirementsLead requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholdersProduce BRDs and structured functional requirements documentationDefine case routing, SLA logic, workflow rules, and reporting needsEnsure traceability from TO‑BE processes through to requirements and deliveryPartner closely with process leads to ensure continuity and alignmentWork Model and LocationHybrid model; 2-3 days a week onsiteRequired Experience and Skills6–10 years experience in business analysis or functional rolesStrong CRM and portal implementation experience, with Salesforce exposureProven experience producing BRDs and requirements packsStrong understanding of case management, workflow, and SLA logicExcellent stakeholder facilitation and communication skillsPreferredExperience in government or semi‑government environmentsFamiliarity with Agile delivery and requirements tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
