ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting processes, including month-end and year-end book closures.Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.Ensure adherence to UAE Corporate Tax regulations and maintain accurate records.Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Maintain and update accounting records using ERP systems and accounting software.Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate documentation.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Commerce / Finance (CA Inter / CA Finalist preferred).3–4 years of UAE experience.Strong hands‑on experience in:End-to-end accounting & independent book closure.VAT return preparation & compliance.Basic working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax.Ability to lead a team of 3–4 members.Good communication skills & fluency in English.Experience with accounting software / ERP systems preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
