Product Lead - Loans

Role PurposeTo collaborate with the Loans Product team in developing Retail Loan Products, including policies, processes, system enhancements, digital journey portfolio management, and promotions for Personal and Mortgage, and Auto Loans.This role involves providing hands‑on product support and coordination to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless digital and automation process rollouts.The Product Specialist will engage in essential product‑side activities such as requirements definition, coordination, documentation, testing support, and business readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport digital loans journey enablement, including workflow design aligned with market requirements and testingContinuously review the existing Loans Policy with internal stakeholders to work towards necessary refinementsStreamline processes and facilitate system changes related to enhance customer experience and reduce TATsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure implementation readinessEnhance the existing loan proposition based on market feedback and customer needsAssist in resolving BAU issues in coordination with relevant internal stakeholdersAnalyze sourcing volumes and portfolio to highlight trends for Loans business and create proposalsCollaborate with Marketing, BIU, and other teams to roll out customer offers/campaigns and CRM‑based campaigns for Retail Sales to increase market shareKey Skills & Experience4–7 years of experience in Products, especially assetsExperience in digital onboarding enablementUnderstanding of loan products, policies, regulations, pricing, and portfolio managementExperience working with IT and cross‑functional teams on product implementationProficiency in requirements documentation, UAT support, and issue trackingCore CompetenciesStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsDetail‑oriented with a structured execution approachProject management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsNoteStart Date: ImmediateExperience: Minimum of 4 years in banking / Loans Product#J-18808-Ljbffr
