Key Expertise: UAE Labor Law, HR operations, government relations, payroll&compliance</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across group companies, ensuring consistency and compliance.</li><li>Ensure full adherence to UAE Labor Law and all relevant regulatory requirements.</li><li>Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory reporting with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, including the Ministry of Human Resources&Emiratisation (MOHRE) and other regulatory bodies.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with group standards.</li><li>Support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and business units.</li><li>Monitor compliance risks and lead internal audits and readiness for government inspections.</li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p>Abu Dhabi, UAE</p><h3>Experience</h3><p>8–10 years (3–5 years in a managerial role)</p><h3>Industry Preference</h3><p>Holding / Group structure</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and local employment regulations.</li><li>Proven experience in HR operations, payroll management, and government compliance in a group or holding company environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of MOHRE processes, visas, work permits, and labor compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Experience working within a multi-entity or diversified group structure is highly preferred.</li></ul><h3>About the company</h3><p>TestHiring</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
