Require a Head of Project Finance in Dubai

<div><p>Lead project delivery across multiple developments in Dubai. Manage design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Oversee contract administration, commercial strategy, and budget control (FIDIC preferred). Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget. PMP certification required with proven leadership of complex real estate projects.
