ResponsibilitiesLead tokenized and stablecoin initiatives integrating them into banking products and payment solutions.Architect and implement blockchain solutions for payments settlements identity management and smart contracts.Design and oversee digital banking channels (web mobile omnichannel) optimizing customer journeys and UX/UI.Collaborate with corporate clients and internal teams to translate business needs into innovative digital solutions.Ensure regulatory compliance (AML KYC GDPR PSD2 FATF) and security standards are embedded in all initiatives.Evangelize emerging technologies building compelling business cases for digital and blockchain innovation.QualificationsBachelor/Master in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.10 years in digital banking fintech or technology-driven financial services.Hands‑on experience in digital banking channels, blockchain deployments and tokenization/stablecoin ecosystems.Strong understanding of corporate banking products (cash management, trade finance, treasury).Expertise in UI/UX design, customer journey mapping and design thinking.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
