Reporting Analyst III

Job Description As a Reporting Analyst III at the GenAI Crowdsourcing Team, your primary responsibility will be building reporting dashboards and leading or participating in projects related to performance management of Crowdsourcing team members. - Requirements analysis - Input on assessment and planning activities - Data model design - Solution building - Risk assessment/mitigation (manual/automated) - Functional unit testing - User Acceptance Testing - Extracting and gathering data from sources and processing them into consumable outputs - Documentation of processes and creation of user guides - Providing support, troubleshooting, and resolving reported issues - Escalating data or tool-related issues as needed - Continuous alignment to program/account reporting scope To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum of 1-year recruitment operations experience with a background in data analytics using BI tools - Knowledge of recruiting metrics preferred - Schedule flexibility required - Hybrid role Your skills should include: - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills - Intellectually curious and fast learner - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving experience - Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills - Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines - Building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering ownership, innovation, and collaboration - Proficiency in data analysis and data modeling - Advanced analytical thinking - Ability to translate client requests into Looker Studio solutions - Flexibility to work on ad hoc tasks The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge: - English B2 required - Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace applications - Ability to create charts, graphs, pivot tables, and complex formulas - Ability to learn new tools and dashboards If you are the right fit for this role, your expertise in recruitment operations, data analytics, BI tools, and stakeholder management will contribute to the success of the GenAI Crowdsourcing Team.
