Renal (Dialysis & Nephrology) Nursing Supervisor

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the Dialysis and Nephrology units to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure competency in all dialysis procedures.Coordinate closely with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams for smooth patient management.Ensure compliance with infection control safety protocols and regulatory standards (JCI and local authorities).Monitor quality indicators and lead improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes.Manage staffing schedules, resource allocation, and equipment availability.Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems and support data‑driven decision‑making.Assist with budgeting, cost control, and departmental administrative tasks.Support training, competency assessments, and ongoing development of nursing staff.Requirements and QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare discipline.710 years of clinical experience in nephrology and dialysis care.35 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a renal or dialysis setting.Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.BLS and ACLS certifications.Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Experience with EHR systems and data‑driven performance management.PreferredMaster’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing.Skills & CompetenciesDeep knowledge of dialysis modalities, vascular access management, and nephrology clinical protocols.Strong understanding of infection control and patient safety standards.Excellent ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.Familiarity with regulatory standards (JCI, DHA, DOH, MOHAP).Ability to handle high‑pressure environments and make sound clinical decisions.Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
