We specialize in corporate structuring, payment infrastructure, and onboarding across multiple jurisdictions.</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We are looking for a<strong>Client Onboarding&PSP Operations Manager</strong>to take full ownership of the client onboarding process — from document collection to successful PSP and bank approvals.</p><p>This role is highly operational and requires someone who understands how PSPs work, knows how to navigate onboarding challenges, and can proactively push processes forward.</p><h3>Tasks</h3><p><strong>Own the onboarding lifecycle</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end onboarding of new clients</li><li>Collect, review, and organize KYC/KYB and corporate documentation</li><li>Ensure files are complete, structured, and submission-ready</li></ul><p><strong>Manage PSP&bank relationships</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate directly with PSPs, banks, and vendors</li><li>Submit onboarding applications and manage the full process</li><li>Handle follow-ups, objections, and additional requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance&structuring alignment</strong></p><ul><li>Understand PSP onboarding expectations and requirements</li><li>Work with internal teams to align corporate structures accordingly</li><li>Respond effectively to compliance-related queries</li></ul><p><strong>Drive execution</strong></p><ul><li>Track onboarding progress across multiple clients</li><li>Identify blockers and solve them proactively</li><li>Continuously improve onboarding processes and workflows</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Strong experience working with PSPs / payment providers</li><li>Solid understanding of:</li></ul><ol><li>Corporate structures&entities</li><li>KYC / KYB processes</li><li>Bank / PSP onboarding flows</li></ol><ul><li>Experience in at least one of the following industries:</li></ul><ol><li>Forex</li><li>Prop Trading (Prop Firms)</li><li>Gaming / iGaming</li></ol><ul><li>Experience communicating with banks and PSPs (handling queries, objections, follow-ups)</li><li>Fluent English (written and spoken)</li><li>Based in the EU (Cyprus preferred)</li><li>Experience with:</li></ul><ol><li>Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)</li><li>CRM systems</li></ol><ul><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>What We’re Looking For:</li></ul><ol><li>Proactive and solution-driven mindset</li><li>Strong communicator who can confidently handle external partners</li><li>Hands-on operator who takes ownership and pushes things forward</li><li>Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously</li></ol><ul><li>Nice to Have:</li></ul><ol><li>Basic compliance knowledge (AML, risk, onboarding standards)</li><li>Experience working with high-risk industries</li><li>Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional setups</li></ol><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>High-impact role with full ownership</li><li>Work closely with global PSPs and financial partners</li><li>Flexible remote setup (EU-based)</li><li>Fast-paced, execution-driven environment</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
