The scope may include servers, storage systems, network equipment, racks, PDUs, UPS-related supporting hardware, structured cabling, and other key data center hardware products.You will work closely with internal teams, customers, local partners, and suppliers to ensure that product selection, procurement coordination, and project support are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with customer and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Requirement AnalysisAnalyze customer requirements, BOQs, and technical specifications for data center and IT infrastructure projectsUnderstand project scope and translate customer needs into structured product and sourcing requirementsSupport internal teams in identifying suitable hardware solutions for project opportunitiesEnsure technical and commercial alignment between customer needs, supplier offerings, and project delivery plansIdentify and coordinate reliable suppliers, distributors, and channel partners for data center hardware and enterprise IT productsSource products such as servers, storage, switches, routers, racks, PDUs, structured cabling products, and related supporting equipmentEvaluate supplier quotations, delivery capabilities, and product suitabilitySupport supplier comparison, commercial negotiation, and vendor selectionBuild and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure stable and competitive supply channelsProcurement & Commercial SupportPrepare and manage RFQs based on project requirementsSupport cost analysis, quotation comparison, and procurement planningCoordinate pricing, lead time, availability, and order execution with suppliersTrack procurement schedules and support on-time delivery for project requirementsWork with internal commercial teams to improve cost-effectiveness and project competitivenessProject & Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, technical, engineering, and regional teams to support project executionAct as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve product and delivery-related issuesCoordinate logistics, shipment, and import-related matters where requiredSupport documentation collection, datasheets, compliance documents, and supplier certifications when neededAssist in ensuring that delivered products meet project specifications and timelinesMarket Awareness & Business SupportStay updated on market trends, brand positioning, lead times, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks in the data center and IT hardware sectorsMaintain awareness of the UAE and Gulf region market environment, including local channel structures and customer expectationsProvide market feedback to internal teams regarding product demand, supply conditions, and sourcing opportunitiesSupport the company in expanding regional supplier resources and improving data center hardware project capabilitiesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center hardware, enterprise hardware, ICT product sourcing, or related fieldsGood understanding of major data center hardware categories, such as:ServersStorage systemsNetwork switches and routersRacks and cabinetsPDUsUPS-related supporting hardwareStructured cabling productsOther server room and data center support equipmentAbility to read and understand basic technical specifications, BOMs, datasheets, and customer requirementsStrong coordination and communication skills with both technical and commercial partiesWorking proficiency in EnglishBased in the UAE or familiar with the UAE marketPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting data center, server room, IT infrastructure,
