With a strong mission to improve educational outcomes, they are scaling their student acquisition team and seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven education sales experience.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently generate 500 quality leads per month through outbound prospecting strategiesExecute cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrolled studentsOnboard a minimum of 75 students per monthUse Go High Level CRM to manage pipelines, track outreach, and report performanceQualify prospects based on eligibility criteria and program fitMaintain accurate records of all interactions and conversionsConsistently hit and exceed KPIs related to lead generation and enrollmentsProvide weekly performance reports and insights to managementRequirementsProven experience in education sector sales (EdTech, training programs, online courses, student recruitment, etc.)Strong outbound sales background with hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generationDemonstrated ability to independently build and manage a sales pipelineExperience using Go High Level CRM (or similar CRM systems)Track record of achieving aggressive KPIs (lead generation & conversions)Excellent communication and persuasion skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and highly organizedComfortable working in a fully remote environmentKPIs & Performance Expectations 500 Quality Leads generated independently per month 75 Students onboarded per month CRM accuracy and pipeline management compliance High outbound call volume and conversion efficiencyBenefits Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
