If you're prepared to convert data into powerful fuel for young learners, continue reading.<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate resolutions within 48 hours</li><li>Delivering immediate-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from simple mistakes, and sustain student motivation</li><li>Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI and LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address targeted problems</li><li>Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform develops<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Won’t Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Attending countless meetings or producing generic presentation materials disconnected from measurable results</li><li>Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our approach</li><li>Working purely at the strategic level without hands-on execution or being confined to repetitive tasks—this position requires active involvement and adaptability<br><br></li></ul><strong>Learning Designer Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic feedback, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.<br><br><strong>Basic Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience in data science or comparable positions, education, EdTech, or student-facing roles combining analytical and interpersonal skills</li><li>Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)</li><li>Strong emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities, and a student-friendly coaching approach</li><li>Hands-on experience creating workflows and automations using AI</li><li>Minimum 1 year of direct work with K-8 students</li><li>Availability during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-have Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Foundation in learning science, pedagogical principles, or proven track record of enhancing outcomes using data-informed methods</li><li>Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and foundational coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs<br><br></li></ul><strong>About 2 Hour Learning<br><br></strong>Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
