Relocation Consultant

The Move One Relocation Consultant is the primary point of contact for the assignee during any destination service.- Communicate effectively and efficiently with all customers, assignees, and vendors (e.g., realtors), managing expectations proactively.- Contact the assignee to clearly explain the services to be provided, related procedures, and timelines.- Discuss and confirm service needs, interests, and requirements with the assignee, establishing the "Service Key".- Conduct orientation and home-finding visits with assignees, either in the company or using personal transportation.- Maintain consistent contact with the assignee throughout the service process.- Provide clear and timely updates and service reports to local Move One clients.- Immediately notify the local Key Account Manager - Destination Services, or their Destination Coordinator, of any issues or challenges during relocation, documenting them in viaRELO, and placing the service on alert.- Keep up-to-date with knowledge of the destination city by reading expat websites and publications.- Assist with surveys or requests for relocation-related information for the destination.- Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues effectively.- Build long-term relationships with new customers, acting with integrity, building trust and credibility, and providing personal attention.- Demonstrate product/service knowledge to build credibility with customers.- Ensure compliance with quality control standards, regulatory requirements, and lease agreements when included in service delivery.- University degree is preferred.- Service industry work experience is essential.- Experience in moving/relocation is preferred.- Must have lived in Doha for at least 12 months.- Strong PC skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills.About The CompanyMove One provides time-critical supply chain solutions in logistics, relocation, and moving.
