Relationships Officer - POS/Merchant Acquiring

<div><ul><li><b>Role: SME Relationship Officer</b></li><li><b>Type: Contract</b></li><li><b>Client Industry: Banking</b></li><li><b>Contract Duration: Long term</b></li><li><b>Start Date: Immediate – 30 days</b></li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify and acquire SME merchants to onboard POS and card payment solutions.</li><li>Promote and sell merchant acquiring products, including POS terminals and digital payment solutions.</li><li>Conduct field visits to retail outlets, restaurants, and businesses to generate new leads.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, including documentation and compliance.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to ensure long-term engagement.</li><li>Monitor merchant transaction activity and support activation of POS terminals.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and merchant acquisition goals.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for POS installation, technical support, and issue resolution.</li><li>Provide merchants with training and guidance on using POS systems and payment services.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Hands on experience in POS sales, merchant acquiring, SME banking, or payment solutions.</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of merchant acquiring, card payments, and POS solutions is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work in a target-driven, field sales environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
