Job Description

Relationship ActivationBuild and strengthen strong relationships with current and potential clients in both public and private sectors.Maintain continuous communication to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.Business Development & SalesConvert relationships and networks into real business opportunities and closed deals.Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and negotiate terms to achieve revenue targets.Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.Market & Client StrategyMonitor and analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities.Provide regular reports on sales performance and future forecasts.Internal CoordinationWork closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Contribute to developing tools and processes that enhance sales effectiveness.Qualifications & Experience3–5 years of experience in sales or client relationship management in the public or private sector.Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain networks.Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.Basic knowledge of project management and market analysis.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Personal SkillsProactive and leadership-oriented.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Professionalism and excellent client management skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of new clients converted into contracts.Revenue growth from existing and new clients.Client satisfaction and communication effectiveness.Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
