Relationship Manager

Role OverviewThe Relationship Manager is responsible for selling and managing Smart Zone’s concierge and business support services while delivering a seamless client experience. This role combines sales, relationship management, and service coordination, ensuring clients receive timely, value-driven solutions beyond company setup.Key ResponsibilitiesActively promote and sell Smart Zone concierge services to new and existing clients.Identify client needs and recommend suitable concierge solutions and packages.Manage client relationships from inquiry to service delivery.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.Follow up on leads, upsell additional services, and close opportunities.Maintain accurate client records and sales updates in CRM.Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.Concierge Services Include:PRO & visa services coordinationBank account opening supportAccounting, bookkeeping & tax assistanceTrade license renewals & legal documentationOffice setup, virtual office, and mail managementAttestation, licensing, and trademark supportRequired Skills & Experience1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in business services, consulting, or hospitality.Strong sales mindset with ability to upsell and cross-sell services.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Target-driven, proactive, and client-oriented.UAE business services experience is a plus.Why Join Smart ZoneHigh client exposure and strong sales potentialGrowth-focused role with performance incentivesOpportunity to work with diverse international clients#J-18808-Ljbffr
