Relationship Manager – Secondary Market (Real Estate)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our real estate team, specializing in the secondary market (resale properties) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing property transactions, and driving sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of clients interested in buying, selling, or investing in secondary market propertiesSource property listings and maintain an updated inventory of resale propertiesConduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investorsNegotiate property deals and ensure successful closuresStay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulationsCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, admin, and conveyancing) for smooth transactionsAchieve assigned sales targets and KPIsRequirements2–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in the secondary marketStrong knowledge of Dubai property market, communities, and developersExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of achieving sales targetsRERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)#J-18808-Ljbffr
