Relationship Manager - Priority Banking

Job ResponsibilitiesAcquire new to bank HNI individual customer relationships satisfying the priority banking criteria through sales of liability, asset and investment products.Ensure cross-sell and refer business to other areas of the bank (e.g., Business Banking, Corporate Banking).Be conversant with the full range of Priority Banking products and services.Meet all assigned targets on Wealth Management revenue, FX revenue, deposits and assets consistently month on month.Ensure that the NPS (Net Promoter Score) is higher than 50 at all times.Ensure Customer Satisfaction score of 95%.Resolve 95% of complaints and service requests within the agreed TATs.Be fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, credit policy, anti-mis-selling, etc.Be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance, KYC and profiling for each client as well as maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.Be responsible for assessing customer risk, suitability of products and explaining appropriate products and services to meet client requirements.Safeguard the reputation of Emirates Islamic by employing best practices, acting in a professional manner at all times, documenting all meetings and contributing to the reporting processes established in the unit.Job Skills & QualificationsBachelors’ Degree graduateCISI Professional QualificationExperience in Priority Banking or Private Banking relationship managementWhat we offer youCompetitive salary packageStrong emphasis on work-life balance and wellbeing across the bankWorld-class Learning & Development platform and career developmentGenerous annual leave entitlement and private healthcarePreferential banking facilities for employeesAbout UsEmirates Islamic was launched in 2004 to deliver the highest standards of banking services in line with Shari'a principles.As one of the leading Islamic banks in the UAE, Emirates Islamic offers exciting career opportunities for highly motivated professionals and graduates.
