DescriptionRole: Relationship Manager Priority BankingLocation: DubaiRole Purpose: To attract, deepen, grow and manage financial relationships with affluent clients using the full range of banking products and tools, utilizing a team-based approach to provide complete solutions to clients’ financial needs.Key Accountabilities of the roleClient/Business Acquisition:Generating new business via marketing activities, gold centre contacts, and existing networkIncreasing team revenue and productivity by cross‑selling and up‑sellingAcquiring new to‑bank customersIdentifying new potential expansion locationsConverting inbound and outbound leads to salesBuilding a strong trust relationship with key customersMaintaining a loyal pool of customers/alliances who refer potential customersCarrying out the function(s) of promoting the financial productsCollecting the required information and dataEvaluating the client's ability and appetite to handle the risks (Risk Profile) and associated functionsChannels Cooperation:Making referrals to other channels based on identified customer needsSmoothly implementing Priority Banking services across surrounding branchesManagement of Service Delivery:Monitoring service levels for customer satisfactionCustomer retention efforts with personal involvement in complaint resolution, account closures, and inquiriesGetting ad‑hoc customer feedbackControl and Risk Mitigation:Reviewing credit applicationsAdhering to laid out processes and proceduresEnsuring appropriate and adequate documentationIdentifying trends of errors and proactively advising process improvementsPrevious experienceMinimum (3) years of Related Banking experience in U.A.E.Required ExperienceManager#J-18808-Ljbffr
