Eligibility Criteria Age: 21 - 35 years. Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate. Experience: candidates with field sales experience can apply. Roles & Responsibilities Generate home loan and LAP business through field sales and open market sourcing. Source customers via DSA, connectors, and referral channels. Meet prospective customers, explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Key Skills Required Good communication and convincing skills. Willingness to work in field sales. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
