Relationship Manager

With an open-architecture platform, strong global partnerships, and a commitment to delivering tailored investment solutions, the firm provides a sophisticated and client-centric environment focused on long-term value creation.They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join the team in Dubai.This role involves developing and managing client relationships, offering advisory support, identifying investment opportunities, and contributing to the company's overall business development strategy.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuild and improve relationships with existing and potential clients ·Research and identify potential investment opportunities and keep clients up to date with market trends.Review clients portfolio proactively and ensure that there is a client review at least once every 6 months.Educate and inform clients about the company's products and services.Attend to complaints if any and aim to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.Work with other departments to ensure company meets its business development expectations and client expectations.Be efficient and organized, have ability to multitask, deliver desired results and KPIs · To be able to work on own initiative, to expand and generate business ·Participate in training, workshops, seminars, to ensure continuous professional developmentEnsure compliance with the Companys internal policies and procedures, code of ethics and professional conduct, as well as follows the DFSA rules and requirements.QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.CFA certification is a plus.10-15 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role.Strong expertise in financial modeling, ratio analysis, and liquidity assessment.Proficiency in Excel and financial software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
