Job Description

Responsibilities:Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business developmentWork independently on customers needsIdentify and develop resources relevant to business development and sales goalsLiaise with concern team to ensure top level client experience in all cases of client interactions from follow up to deliveryAttract as well as retain clients by developing highly creative outreach strategies along with marketing department in the organizationWork in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue generation and sales growth goalsWork collaboratively with the Marketing to develop creative outreach strategies to attract and retain clientsContinuously review the current processes to find better ways of workingManage CIB relationships and direct the fulfilment team to execute business in the EB client premisesGrow portfolio of Employee Banking Clients by desired percentageOrganise Helpdesk / Induction activities at client premises in order to generate business revenues by extension on Retail asset products and services.Lead generation and management through FAB CRM systemsAct as the focal point for customer enquiriesExceed expectations by increasing standards ofcustomer service also ensure affective complaint management (Addressing customers concerns at your door services enhanced .)Effective Management of Bulk Account opening process for the employees of the targeted CIBG/ TML customerConstantly design and execute strategies to increasing business penetration within the regionLiaise with Corporate & Investment banking business banking team to provide their clients with a complete package on retail banking propositionDrive multi product sales with a focused approach on increasing corporate profitabilityMonitor emerging opportunities in Market Industry and Competition and share information with the Business Intelligence team to keep plans/ strategies agile and improvise in a changing landscapeWork closely with strategic alliances within PBG sales and distributionAdhere to the Standard Operating Procedures Policies and Code of Conduct of the bankSkillsStrong relationship management skillsAbility to grow and maintain relationship with any individual irrespective of the background and type of personalityPossession of good sense of humourStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong creativity and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasksStrong detail-orientation and top level self-organizationAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyWillingness to put in more working hours even at odd timesPossess reliable problem-solving abilityQualifications :Bachelor Degree Preferably a Masters Degree5 years relevant experience in the banking sectorRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
