We’re now looking for a<b>Real Estate Development Relationship Manager</b>to represent our projects, engage with clients, and drive sales.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>Represent and sell premium off‑plan residential projects</li><li>Conduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold virtual/in‑person client consultations</li><li>Build and maintain a network of high‑net‑worth clients and investors</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure long‑term partnerships and repeat business</li></ul><h3><b>Mandatory Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales</li><li>Proven track record in selling off‑plan properties</li><li>Established network of 150+ agencies&brokers</li><li>Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle</li><li>Available for immediate joining or short notice</li><li>Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software</li></ul><h3><b>Why Join Atara Development?</b></h3><p>At Atara, you’ll be part of a passionate team shaping some of the region’s most exciting developments.
