Relationship Manager - Business BankingUnited Arab Emirates (Fulltime office (FTO))Job DescriptionManage a portfolio of Small Enterprise (SE) relationships and originate new SE relationships within business communities around branch locations. Achieve assigned financial and non‑financial objectives by meeting borrowing and non‑borrowing needs of customers in target segments (borrowers, transactors, depositors). Source new‑to‑bank customers, generate leads from walk‑ins, and upsell or cross‑sell bank products to maximize revenue. Seamlessly take over relationships originated by DS and upgrade customers to ME category when appropriate. Ensure quality and soundness of the SE portfolio through KYC reviews, due diligence and anti‑money laundering procedures.Key responsibilities include conducting periodic credit facility reviews, recommending appropriate credit facilities in line with bank policy, monitoring account conduct, and maintaining documentation and client visit reports. You will also screen the market for new‑to‑bank opportunities, liaise with internal and external advisors, develop the on‑the‑job learning curve for team members, and coordinate with risk management and other enablers to meet business objectives. Compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory policies must be adhered to at all times.Key Result AreasImprove share of wallet and become the primary bank for each relationship in the assigned portfolio.Enhance relationship revenue from existing borrowing and non‑borrowing accounts through cross‑selling of all banking products.Maintain complete ownership of customer relationship management for the assigned portfolio, providing superior customer service.Conduct annual or periodic credit facility reviews and recommend appropriate credit facilities to maximize earnings while controlling risks.Follow up and monitor assigned relationships to ensure satisfactory account conduct and rectify credit‑related issues early.Implement and maintain comprehensive control aspects, including documentation, periodic client visits and call reports, stock inspections, and formal credit checks.Screen the market for new‑to‑bank opportunities.Liaise between internal and external advisors to ensure precision of agreements.Develop the on‑the‑job learning curve of SSO to enable professional growth and higher responsibility.Liaise with superiors and direct reports within business units and risk management to achieve objectives.Achieve assigned financial and non‑financial targets.Adhere to all compliance and regulatory policies concerning KYC, AML, etc.Regularly upgrade existing SE customers to the ME segment by offering need‑based solutions.Provide regular updates to branch manager and regional SE manager for better controls on sales and relationship management.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBanking sales and service experience with proven relationship‑management qualities.Advanced vocational knowledge of subject matter (e.g., credit, trade, operating system, legal).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.At least 4 years of relevant banking experience in local or international markets.MBA, CA or equivalent, or a graduate with adequate relevant experience.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good team‑player quality.Job InfoJob Identification 5212Job Category MashreqBankPosting Date 04/07/2026, 07:00 AMApply Before 04/30/2026, 12:00 AMJob Schedule Full timeLocations United Arab Emirates (Fulltime office (FTO))#J-18808-Ljbffr
