Job TitleRegulatory Compliance Officer (Contract)LocationDubai, UAERole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to support our compliance function in Dubai. This role is responsible for ensuring the organisation’s adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on UAE regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in liaising with regulators, interpreting regulatory developments, and ensuring effective communication and implementation of new policies across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and interpret regulatory developments from the UAE Central Bank and other relevant authoritiesAct as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, including managing communications and requestsSupport regulatory reporting and ensure timely and accurate submissionsAssess the impact of new and evolving regulations on the businessDevelop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirementsCommunicate regulatory changes clearly to internal stakeholders and provide practical guidanceSupport the business in embedding regulatory requirements into day-to-day operationsAssist with regulatory inspections, audits, and reviewsProvide training and awareness on regulatory compliance obligationsRequirementsProven experience in a Regulatory Compliance role within financial servicesStrong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, particularly Central Bank requirementsExperience engaging directly with regulators and managing regulatory communicationsDemonstrated ability to interpret and implement regulatory changesExperience drafting and updating policies and proceduresStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesKey CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyClear and effective communication skillsSound judgment and decision‑making capabilityProactive and solutions‑oriented approachHigh level of professionalism and integrity#J-18808-Ljbffr
