Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager (12-Month Contract)Role Summary:An established UAE-based bank is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for a 12-month contract. This role will partner closely with the Head of Regulatory Compliance to ensure the bank remains aligned with all applicable regulatory requirements outside of Financial Crime, while driving oversight, advisory, and regulatory engagement activities.Core Responsibilities:Deliver regulatory assurance reviews across the organization, focusing on key UAE Central Bank requirements and broader regulatory obligationsMonitor and assess incoming regulatory updates, determine their impact, and coordinate implementation with relevant business unitsSupport regulatory inspections and act as a liaison with regulators and supervisory authoritiesOversee and maintain internal compliance records, including regulatory inventories, breach logs, and tracking mechanismsProduce high-quality reports and updates for senior management and governance committeesProvide ongoing regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders and support FATCA/CRS-related processesDesign and deliver compliance-related training sessions and awareness initiatives when requiredEnsure all regulatory filings and submissions are completed accurately and within required timelinesTake on additional responsibilities aligned with the scope and seniority of the roleCandidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; professional certifications such as ACAMS are a plusMinimum of 8 years’ experience within banking or financial services, including at least 5 years in a regulatory compliance capacityPrior exposure to Audit or Legal functions would be beneficialStrong working knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and AML/CFT frameworksExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAble to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
